Many folks think of diversity as just race or ethnicity or gender, but they don't see the wide spectrum that is diversity. Do we really know the difference between Equity and Equality?
Our guest for today, James McKim, is Managing Partner at Organizational Ignition. He is a sought-after organizational performance speaker, coach, change manager, frequent conference presenter, author of the best-selling book The Diversity Factor: Igniting Superior Organizational Performance, advisor to governors and legislators, and guest on radio and television shows focusing on the topic of organizational performance through diversity.
